Joy is not simply a feeling of happiness. It is the presence of peace and contentment that has the power to sustain us even when our lives are challenging and stressful. Joy is something you create by intentionally doing things that bring pleasure, peace, or purpose to our lives.



Spirituality might just be being at peace and harmony with nature and humanity. Some find spirituality in their loved ones, music or art. Others find it in their values and principles.

Some people relate spirituality to the deepest part of their beliefs. The part that allows them to draw meaning of their lives and the world we live in, helping them know they have a purpose to fulfil.

What we do know is that spirituality is unique to each individual, and how they choose to express it will therefore take on many different forms.

But in a world that's becoming more driven by science and evidence based systems, are we becoming more spiritual or more skeptical?



Today we've become obsessed with 'life-hacks' - shortcuts that allow you to perform an action or reach a goal with the least amount of effort possible.

Although some of these so-called hacks are useful, most end up sacrificing some crucial part of the act in question. As a result, the quality of our work diminishes. This is the opposite of what we want from a hack.

Creativity, however, can be hacked, and in a way that enhances our output in other areas of our lives - even those traditionally less creative pursuits like medicine or law.



Money – earning and managing it have become the bane & boon of modern day living. Imbalances in one’s finances can make a person feel 'stuck' in life, resulting in undue stress & sleep disorders. Money and finances are a manifestation of a growth mindset. Growth mindset can only come when you circle of life is balanced and synchronicity is high.



'Love what you do and you will not have to work a day' or 'Follow your passions' are a few adages we keep hearing when it comes to work & career. But how does one do it in the real world? A stressful job, unhealthy lifestyles, poor sleep can create blockages where you lose your true soul connection. Building the right mind-body connections can help us make better choices personally or professionally.



Education is not literacy. It’s a way of living. Its an evolved mind, with a willingness to learn and adapt. So the question is, when does education stop? The answer is never. You can pick any area of your life and see if you can claim that you have done it all, or that you know all there is to know. Hence it’s not a destination but a journey. You can have pit stops but with the mindset of constant improvement. Education is ‘Being Better Everyday’.



Health is the ability of a biological system to acquire, convert, allocate, distribute, and utilize energy with maximum efficiency. The definition of health has evolved over time. In keeping with the biomedical perspective, early definitions of health focused on the theme of the body's ability to function; health was seen as a state of normal function that could be disrupted from time to time by disease. An example of such a definition of health is: "a state characterized by anatomic, physiologic, and psychological integrity; ability to perform personally valued family, work, and community roles; ability to deal with physical, biological, psychological, and social stress".

Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons, including increasing growth and development, preventing aging, strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, and also enjoyment. Frequent and regular physical exercise boosts the immune system and helps prevent certain "diseases of affluence" such as coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and obesity. It may also help prevent stress and depression, increase quality of sleep and act as a non-pharmaceutical sleep aid to treat diseases such as insomnia, help promote or maintain positive self-esteem, improve mental health, maintain steady digestion and treat constipation and gas, regulate fertility health, and augment an individual's sex appeal or body image.

Open, honest and safe communication is a fundamental part of a healthy relationship. The first step to building a relationship is making sure you both understand each other's needs and expectations - being on the same page is very important. That means you have to talk to each other! The following tips can help you and your partner create and maintain a healthy relationship:

Speak Up. In a healthy relationship, if something is bothering you, it's best to talk about it instead of holding it in.

Respect Each Other. Your partner's wishes and feelings have value, and so do yours. Let your significant other know you are making an effort to keep their ideas in mind. Mutual respect is essential in maintaining healthy relationships.

Compromise. Disagreements are a natural part of healthy relationships, but it's important that you find a way to compromise if you disagree on something. Try to solve conflicts in a fair and rational way.

Be Supportive. Offer reassurance and encouragement to each other. Also, let your partner know when you need their support. Healthy relationships are about building each other up, not putting each other down.

Respect Each Other's Privacy. Just because you're in a relationship doesn't mean you have to share everything and constantly be together. Healthy relationships require space.

Who are we?



Payal Mahapatra is a functional medicine health and wellness coach. She has a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. Payal is qualified by the School of Applied Functional Medicine (SAFM). She is also an alumnus of the prestigious SAFM health and wellness coach. Payal is also a certified NLP practitioner accredited by Richard Bandler's association. Payal comes from an educational background of biochemistry and MBA.

Payal has customized programs tailored for different chronic illnesses and lifestyle related health issues as she works with individuals as well as Corporates in their employee wellness programs.

Payal has a prior background of working extensively in the media and communication industry with experience in Digital marketing and Marketing Strategy in Organizations like Star TV and BBC.

To create success through our work, lifestyle, relationships and spirituality is then considered as the 'Primary' food we consume. And the 'Secondary' food becomes the food we eat from a plate. She chose to be on the path of health, well-being and a coach to contribute and help people change their 'NOW' moments so that they can string life of their choice and create their own success.
